Last friday on my way home, i've met Anetta & Pawel. They're a nice Polish couple that are cycling from Lisbon to Oporto on these days. They wanted to go from Algés to Estoril and Cascais via "Marginal" but didn't know where to start! Just gave them a "tour" from there (Algés) to Cruz-Quebrada via "Algés beach" trail, crossed the rail bridge and pointed them the way to Caxias. Much nicer than cycling on a jammed road on a Friday afternoon.
They were thankfull and i was happy to help some fellow tourers.
